  We constantly look at installing new add-ons and new features to our servers. Despite our hard work at keeping all the data secure on the servers, if you wish to have a certain feature enabled which is currently not listed, these may be available free on request, and if not, please let us know what you would like and if it is reasonable, we won't argue with you and install it for you to use!


• Support
  After signing up, we assign you a specialist to help you with your requests and questions. We do not provide someone who cannot act upon requests and only "escalate" issues, we do not provide you with someone who is unable to understand English, we do not provide you with untrained or unqualified personel, and most importantly we do not provide you with someone who cannot deal with your issues personally. All our support team has full access to our server, no matter what your request is, we will be able to help.


• Speed
  All our servers are kept under the minimum load possible - allowing a fast acting server to deal with your workload. We are connected in such a way to get improved response times. We strive to deliver the fastest bandwidth speeds to our customers by having over 12 different internet connections in our data center.


• Reliability
  All our servers are held in a very secure state-of-the-art data center. We believe in overbuilt hardware and redundant connectivity. This is why all our servers run with a minimum of a Raid-1 redundant system with at least 2CPUs. All our network infrastructure is fully redundantly connected to separate circuits. We keep all our connections under the 50% of use - when if reached we expand our capacity allowing us to absorb traffic bursts without dropping packets. Our data center is located in Chicago, Illinois. We also have huge cooling facilities, two 1000 Ton cooling towers Fully redundant 2N system backed up by generator power, as well as eight 20-Ton Lieberts Condenser water sourced, under raised floor (configured as N+2) - to ensure all our servers are kept at the optimum working temperature. Our power supplies include a 1200Amp 480V feed backed up by four 1500KW generators, N+2 paralleled and 300 KVA UPS Power Plant Circuits. We use a Fire Panel Dual feed dry-pipe system with preaction equipped heat and smoke detection above and below ceiling in order to detect and minimise fire risk and fire damage. We monitor everything 24 hours a day 365 days a year, from our redundant connections, power supplies, cooling systems, backup generator systems and servers to the entry of the facility with biometric readers, digital key card and CCTV. • Green Web Hosting
  We consistently reconfigured our web hosting servers to reduce their overall power consumption. Web servers take up a lot of electricity and we have taken steps to minimize the power consumption of our servers and overall infrastructure. Our new servers use new hardware designed to use less power than their predecessors. Rather than keeping idle servers and network equipment running, we power them off until they need to be used again.
